Comments: So Long Atkins Diet

I stay as far away from additives as I can. It's made a huge improvement in my migraines. It's not just MSG.. things like corn sweeteners, maltodextrin, sugar substitutes, etc are all things that keep weight on and make you more hungry and more thirsty.

The worst part is - it's so darned difficult to eat... but pain is a great motivator *grin* I find ways to eat well most of the time - then I can tolerate the times I don't eat well.
