Hear, hear for OSU. There at least the inmates aren't running the institution, unlike some Ivy League Schools.

Amen, good to see my alma mater hasn't fallen victim to the PC crowd. Go Buckeyes!

I suppose all left leaners will get beslimed by the rightwingnuts for this reprehensible behavior.
PLEASE!! This lady is a wingnut.

There are crazy wingnuts on either side of the aisle!!!!

My parents are both Ohio State grads and natives of the buckeye state. DuPont grabbed a good Chem E when they hired dad in 1942.

"I suppose all left leaners will get beslimed by the rightwingnuts for this reprehensible behavior."

Then let the sliming begin. You'll notice that the article refers to the NKU professor and her nine graduate students. So, either these nine students felt pressured to go along with their teacher rather than risk her displeasure in the form of bad grades, or they were willing accomplices, having been thoroughly indoctrinated in intolerance by her and her ilk. Nowhere in the incident does anyone say, "Hey, maybe throwing crosses in trash cans is disrespectful of someone's religious beliefs." Nope, the drumbeat of freedom from religion (not of religion) rings in their ears so loudly that anything else is drowned out. This is indeed the product of the mainstream left.

Ok, so wading right in here - I, for one, would have been offended by the crosses. I am, quite frankly, offended by male pro-life demonstrators. But that's another argument for another time.

I don't defend their destruction of the display. If there were indeed signs indicating that this was a protected display, then they were wrong, and there are no two arguments against that.

I'm not sure that I would not have been at the door of the University President asking that the display be taken down, though. Or asking permission to construct one of my own.

Abortion is one of my lefty feminist hot-button issues. Can you tell?
