Comments: Gingrich advocates action that would lead directly to war

This is one of the reasons I've never been a big Gingrich fan. I once saw him described as the sort of person who has a lot of ideas, one out of ten of which is good. The problem is he says all those ten ideas in public forums and we don't know which of those bad ideas he's actually serious about pursuing.

If the North Koreans want to shoot off a target for our pacific ABM testing I say let them go right ahead. It'll save us a whole lot of tax money from having to shoot something off and give us some meaningful operational testing to boot. Thanks NorKoms!

Newt is ridiculous. His post-public-life persona is so shaped by the political winds of the moment, one can have no idea what he's actually for and against.
