Comments: A Good Year For Tomatoes

Wow, there is some microclimate difference at work here...our tomato crop was nowhere nearly that good. After the early August heat wave nothing seemed to ripen.

Or maybe it's that trick you mentioned, the watering thing. I'll try that next summer.

Nice crop,Ted.I had an awesome garden last year but decided to forego one this year.My spot is on my grandmother's property and with her having supposed to have been building a new house and all I figured best to put aside any gardening or landscaping until it's done.
Now after a year of dealing with a deadbeat contractor the clock is now back to zero on that project.Hopefully once things get rolling there will be a whole new house there.
The entire project has changed from building a second house on the extra lot to completely tearing down the old one and starting from scratch.......just like I suggested years ago.
Anyways,if the house is done by spring there's gonna be a helluva garden.
Oh and BTW,I gotta ask;HOA? An HOA would go over like a turd in a freakin' punchbowl around here.Just imagine that.....someone tellin' us what we can and can't do with our property.
