Wishing you all a wonderful reunion. We're still waiting for one of my BILs to wander this way again. I believe that at the moment he is in Germany. But I could be wrong. He sent me a cashmere scarf from Turkey for Christmas.

I sure hope your reunion lasts for more than a couple of days. 7 years sounds like a lot of catching up to do.

Have fun!

"Actually, that last time that we saw him, he was waving us goodbye from a dusty, pre-monsoon Dhaka parking lot as we piled into the ambulance for our escorted ride to the airport….. (remind me to tell you guys the story about being taken to the airport in an ambulance… it’s a hoot… there are so many ingenious ways to circumvent rioting natives in a third world country, it would blow your mind..)"

Boy am I intrigued by this. How did you both come to be in Bangladesh together and why did he stay behind?

I agree with what Mark said! This is a story that needs telling!!

Sounds like fun. All except the part about driving in Atlanta traffic. That part is a bitch.
