This is such terrible news, and initially, I think I got confused with the other tragedy going down in Atlanta this morning, which was the first news I heard when I woke up this morning (from AP: "A charter bus carrying a college baseball team from Ohio plunged off a highway ramp early Friday and slammed into the pavement below, killing at least six...")

So many tragedies today...I say, hug your kids extra tight, and never hesitate in telling them you love them more than anything in the whole world.

My heart goes out to you, since you have personal stake, and prayers and thoughts to the families.

I heard about the bus thing today! It's awful!

No personal stake for me... except I know of the community. It's not far from my folks' home. So so sad...

The bus accident is the route I used to take to work at the previous company. The same exit to get to Piedmont Hospital where I had my surgery.

Today we woke up to tons of crazy, scary news.

Just watching the tragedy today pained me... Those parents - and students -- I can't imagine...

There is nothing good about losing kids.
the closest thing to a positive is that being right next to Ft. Rucker there should have been plenty of extra help in the search and rescue.
