Comments: Thoughts from Childhood

Haha, I used to watch the Muppets with my dad all the time. It was our "thing".

I love this clip.

Back in the late 80's (in the jurassic era when I still had hair) I can still remember a dude sitting in the parking lot at school, blasting his stereo with a hip-hop sampled version of this, complete with the cheesy scratch effects and those "I can't afford a mix kit so I'll make bass noise with my mouth" sounds.

We laughed our asses off.

Now I wish I could find a copy... it was amusing :)

My husband and I both remember it from Sesame Street and when circumstances are right, the lyrics(?)come bursting out in spontaneous song by both of us. Thanks for the laugh!

"...the question is, who cares?"

That balcony dude is so my father-in-law! I loved the Muppet Show. Beaker and Professor Honeydew were my favorites. (Surprised?) :oP

Weird...this particular song w/the muppets has been on my mind for the past week or so. I kept thinking, "I need to go youtube it and get it out of my mind!" Thanks for helping me out.
