Yummy! Rice or noodles?

Hi Eric,
Sounds that you loved your holiday and are sweet that you exceeded your budget by a lot.
(How the HELL did I guess that?)

Happy to have you back.

The assorted mix / match that stood in are really worth their weight in ink.
That said Vman did leave some blood here that was good, as did Eli and some others.
They were not too bad but not up to SWG standards.

By the way, because I was not asked to blogsit, I inadvertently used you’re image here.

I don't know how it happened, really.
But it sounds as you are wielding the Cooking PS on that “- lowly hen of the field – recently deceased" just as surely.

Greetings to MRS.SWG.

... and Richmond?... neither, ma'am.... around these parts the yardbird cassarole is a stand-alone dish....

I am such a sucker for a Campbell's Soup recipe, it's not even funny.

I know better than to read another food post, ever again, after reading about Elisson's recipe for manatee stew, or casserole, or some such barfarific concoction, which simply leaves my pièce de résistance--gefilte fish parmigiana--languishing in the doit.

In fact, I think I'd *rather* eat dirt than manatee OR, God forbid, newly-slaughtered game slathered in slithery fungi. Blecccch.

God himself huh, I guess a spot on the food channel can not be to far down the road. I guess an appropriate shall be required. Eric's house of delights?,,The backwoods chief? Hmm
