Okay, I follow the first part, and am with you through the quote, but I don't see how it relates to Kucinich. As I understand it, the argument in the articles of impeachment is that Bush knew hurricanes were historically a grave threat to New Orleans, he received warning in the days before Katrina, and that he subsequently did not adequately prepare for and immediately respond to the storm. That's a pretty different charge from mismanagement that led to a disaster nine years down the road.

Nels, it was largely tongue-in-cheek. I don't think Clinton should be impeached for the current levee problem, nor do I think Bush should be impeached for Katrina. (If anything, Mayor Nagin and Gov. Blanco should before any proceedings are brought against Bush!)
