NRO and my DC lobbyist buddy in DC say it's "Pah-lin."

Hube, under plusses: she's a solid conservative/libertarian.

I wouldn't be surprised if McCain picked her to draw charges of inexperience, because it will inevitably draw looks at Obama's lack of experience. Think of it as a "rope-a-dope." If this election becomes about experience, McCain wins.

Decent analysis, although I differ on the experience issue. Obama has experience outside of the box (Southside Chicago), and most recently the unorthodox and successful campaign he has run to date. That's experience too! He also has legislative experience at the state and federal level.
