Did the Israelis bring this issue before the UN General Assembly?

They should have.

How about the issue of their blockade of Gaza, and their severe sanctions? Should we talk about that?

Now we have a gross overreaction on their part, killing about 350, including civilians, including children, not to mention the physical destruction. -- What good can come of this, I ask?

Did the Palestinians bring the matter of the refusal of the Arabs to accept the Partition Plan back when? No, they just attacked.

What good came of that, I ask?

Talk about the sanctions all you wish. Maybe you can also talk about the rockets constantly launched by the Gazans.

Hube, I don't excuse the Gazans lobbing rockets over the border, but I understand their anger and desperation.

The Israelis have done their utmost to make life as miserable as they can for Gazans, making it extremely difficult for even the most basic of needs scarce, like food, fuel, and medical supplies.

And then there are the roots of the problem which you conveniently ignore by focusing only on the rockets, roots which go to occupation of Palestinian lands starting with the Zionist Movement of the 1890's, then certified by the Brits and Americans through the UN in 1948.

Finally, the Gazans claim that the Israelis were first to violate the cease fire agreement after four months, two months ago. Let us look into that claim!

Perry: You do know that Jews have been living in "Palestinian" lands since virtually time immemorial? This canard is preposterous and dangerous. Why is it that you and those like you never address the genocidal utterances and desires of the Palestinians and other [radical] Arabs? The visceral desire to utterly eradicate the Jews?

The Palestinians and too many other Arabs don't want to share anything with the Jews. They WANT THEM DEAD. PERIOD.

So spare me the "I don't condone Hamas lobbing rockets ..." crap. You do. You just said -- "you understand their frustration, etc." Maybe you can try understand the Israelis' frustration!

Once again: The Palestinians HAD their sovereign state in 1948. They wanted ALL of land in the UN plan. And after the 1948 war who occupied the land allotted to them? Hint: It wasn't Israel!!

GET A CLUE!
