Comments: Day 7 on this Crazy Train

You'll find baked sweet potatoes are really good if you cover them with corned beef hash. Bones has refined tastes. */;-)

Dad- My reader, George, suggested I drown the sweet potato in bourbon, I think. Next time I may try that...

As for Bones having refined tastes... Good Grief. That boy eats the weirdest things for a kid. For instance, remember how I told you I took him in for his 1 year check up and the doctor looked at me and said, 'He smells like garlic..." and I had to reply, "he had garlic hummus for lunch". At ONE.

He is the kid who walks around the house eating a green pepper like it's an apple.

He'd eat sweet potato covered in corned beef hash...

We need to talk. Guess I would like to understand your diet better. I thought I was eating better, but maybe not. Give me a hollar sometime.

You know, bou, that diet isn't too far off from what I did when I lost almost 50lbs last year. I'm in a relationship now, and have put about 10lbs back on just from bad eating habits.
After this cold snap I'll get back on it and lose it again.
I also now have a horse. Riding uses muscles I'd long since forgotten about.

I have to say, I started eating a bowl of oatmeal at lunchtime (really I can't do breakfast, just can't). I am using the Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (not the instant) because that's what's in the house. And I've been alternately adding dried cranberries or raisins. After I've had that, I'm not hungry the rest of the day. I do eat dinner, but I almost don't need it.

As far as I now though I'm not losing any weight. heh.

Isn't it amazing when you tell people you're not eating certain things, they sudden want to push exactly that stuff right under your nose!

Last of all - I have known for years, the more tired you are, the more hungry. Didn't know about the sex part ;-)

Hummus...that reminds me...gotta go across the street and pick up my lamb kebab wrap. I'll get some hummus and lavash with that.

Good luck on the diet. Sounds like you're doing great!

I read somewhere that chocolate affects the same part of the brain as sex.
