Comments: Screaming Eagle

Congratulations to him!!!! What an awesome achievement. And being a Mom means being a bitch sometimes. And when you're tired of it, it means it's time for them to move out. So you can hopefully have a few years to rest, relax, and get ready to be a Grandmommie.

That's wonderful; both his achievement and recognition of the troop leader's hard working wife!

Congratulations! :D

He was awesome. Funny, honest, and a great speaker.

Congrats to the both of you. Eagle is not an easy accomplishment, the growth, development and skill sets he learned getting eagle will serve him well.

Congratulate him, it is a unique achievement, the one thing you can do as a child that has real meaning as an adult. It is great that he recognized her, a testament to who he is as a person. That treatment of people will take him far throughout his life.

Finally, as parents we aren't there to be their friends. They have friends aplenty, but only two parents (if they're lucky nowadays). If we are parents to them when they are children, they will be friends to us for the rest of their lives. Good for you and for him for doing the hard thing.

Just know that the time is coming very soon where you will be able to relax and enjoy hanging out with your boys without the other baggage of getting them to adulthood in one piece and prepared to take on the world... and that is a wonderful thing. :)
