Great point Duffy, they want to be able to do anything they want without any personal accountability. They want others to pay for their actions, how is that not infringing on others rights?

How about anyone under the age of 23 with 3 or more kids and receiving assistance receives a norplant for a 10 year period so they dont get pregnant anymore.
