Comments: Muttony

That made me laugh! No such problem here in WA where we are all pasty white (well, us Caucasian people who live in WA that is). I think dark-skinned people may end up looking a little washed out too!

Our middle son has this Amish looking beard sometimes. But when he shaves it he doesn't have tan lines!

I actually had to schedule two shoots. He wanted out pictures with mutton chops, then he was going to shave, wait a week, and have the tux picture taken.

But... then his brothers stepped in and said, "NO WAY. You cannot have those for all your family pictures."

So he decided to shave them. Although, I do think it has something to do with that little girl he met at the beach. I'm not counting that out.

So he takes her to the beach, worries these big white marks are going to burn and puts sun screen on them, but... not the rest of his face. We're shaking our heads.

Pictures are in 10 days.

You maybe could get some of that fake tanning stuff if you can find a color that matches well enough ...?

Better yet, if you are painting your house that means you have painting supplies lying around. Take the masking tape and cover his whole face except for the white patches. Set him in the sun for a bit until it all evens out. ;)

Mutton chops are considered facial hair? Who knew.

Of course I love the fact that the kids actually think mutton chops are cool At least some of them.

Well... ONE person thinks they're cool. But, he shaved them due to some peer pressure. He swears it was not a girl...

Peggy- I spoke to the photographer to see what he could do. The bonus for us is... it is evening out. I was concerned for awhile. Painters tape was looking like a real option!

Painters tape or ... a spray tan.

Gotta love boys.....my son shaved his initial (J) in his chest hair. Why you may ask? No one knows. But he did it in the mirror, so it was backwards......we still laugh over that
