Comments: I'll Give You a Topic...

We just moved to a new neighborhood where we are sure to be overrun with kids. So I'm debating being the creepy guy who scares the kids and I need to know the pitfalls to this approach...

If the kids gut it out, they will have an awesome selection of candy - although no snickers have yet been purchased.

The ultra-religious who tsk tsk the "bad" costumes and give out crap candy wrapped in bible tracts.

Good call, Ted.

Ted put it mildly. I knew those who were concerned that Halloween is one of Satan's entryways, and actively worked to supress the celebration. One of these ladies also explained to me that UFOs were in fact demonic manifestations.

We had an Indian family in our village. Whilst they didn't celebrate Hallowe'en as such, they always had a plate of onion bhajis to hand when we came a callin'. It was the only hallowe'en food my parents actually approved of :o)
