Comments: Can I Get Up Now? Or The Haircut That Nearly Did Me In

Your haircut is so cute. I love it! I always have to keep my hair short as well because if it gets much longer than chin length, it goes from bouncy and voluminous to stringy and thin.

I am the same way when my hair gets too long.

The worst is when the stylist argues with you about what you want done.
I don't go in for a makeover, I go in to get my hair whacked off.
This last time I cut it myself and guess what?
it took all of 10 minutes and is exactly what I wanted!

I got my hair cut a few months ago, thinking it wouldn't be pulled quite so often, or at least if it were, Jay would be pulling whole locks instead of the 10 hairs hanging down from the nape of my neck or otherwise escaping from bondage.

I hadn't paid anyone to cut my hair in years, so I was pretty clueless as to what I wanted, and the stylist kept showing me photos of women with straight hair. I kept telling him my hair wouldn't do that. Turns out, he thought I was in denial 'cuz my hair dries pretty straight when it's up all the time, and that's all he was seeing.

Anyway, not a great cut, but probably better than spending forever in the shower and having to put up my hair all the time...

:;sigh:: Everyone beat me to it. But I think it's cute, too.

I think your haircut is adorable!

I am the opposite.Shoulder length is as short as I have ever gone.

I, too, am joining the crowd on this one....your hair is SuperCute (heh heh)! I would LOOOOOOVVVVEEEE to cut my hair to my jaw, but the hubby has only one request and that is for me to keep my hair at least shoulder-length. So I have graciously abided by that (!). I've gone a bit wild in recent years by having it layered, but I only get it cut once a year, so going wild is not such a bad thing. Now, if I can just figure out how to keep it from falling out (and we're talkin' handful after handful at a time), we'll be in good shape!

Seriously, your haircut looks very good on you! You wear it well!

This is why I go to Yuriy the Barber, who always gives out a big CHALLO, CHOW ARE YOU (use the guttural), pulls out the 'lectric clippers and says "Vat number, plizz?"

Zip zop, a bit of touch up with the scissors, 20 minutes, ten bucks and you're on the road again.

Though I suspect not having much hair to begin with helps.
