Back when I was living in Los Angeles I took my wife out to see a friend's band when they played the Roxy. We were just getting settled inside when the singer came over and gave me a manly,"Hey, thanks for coming hug." He was wearing long opera gloves.

My wife STILL tells the story constantly:

"And when I looked up, my husband was hugging this guy wearing opera gloves!"

Not that there's anything wrong with that.
