Comments: Podsafe Music Network: Yea or Nay

A) Not sure that Podshow will inforce this anyway (See my post Podsafe Music Network Bans Adam Curry?)
B) Not sure your Logic is right. It only be if you went out to deliberatley discriminate or forcibly stop someone particising their beliefs that you would be violating this. I don't think having different beliefs would be enough.

You're probably right about them enforcing it -- it will leave a LOT of the "geek" podcasts out in the cold right away.

As far as the discrimination clause goes -- I agree with you in the way it's worded. The problem comes in when anyone starts talking about an exclusive religion, or mentions other people not getting into Heaven/Valhalla/wherever. Someone will get their feelings hurt, and complain. Exclusivity is the problem -- exclusivity implies some form of discrimination, even if I'm not preventing people from practicing their own beliefs -- I don't have the power to do that anyway.
