Comments: Louisiana Senator threatens to punch Bush

If the president had NOT gone, he would have been heavily condemned for not caring enough to visit the disaster area and its people. He cannot win. But he did the right thing. He really does care about people and is tryig to encourage them and lift their spirits by letting them know they are important enough for the President of the USA to come down and see how things really are.

This Senator from LA. is simply un-fit to hold public office.

This is true for about 99.9% of public officials in Louisiana, unfortunately.

United States Senator Mary Landrieu from the State of Louisiana committed a felony when she publicly threatened the life of President George Bush. I call upon the Justice Department to follow through on an investigation and prosecuite this individual to the fullest extent of the law. Any other American committing this crime would by now be in Federal Custody. President Bush represents every American Citizen and it is not his or the White House's responsibility to enforce Federal Laws, it's the Justice Department who is responsible for enforcing this law.
