Comments: Any suggestions?

Hmmmmm. The headache almost sounds like a migraine (granted - a big one)that is cycling itself over and over.

Try taking claritin for the nasal drip stuff (sometimes it can help to just change the meds -- and Claritin is 1 pill per 12 hours and it doesn't make *me* drowsy. YMMV.) and increase your water intake a bunch.

For the headache -- along with ibuprofin you can massage a pressure point on your hand. It's the "meaty" area that bridges your index finger and thumb. Don't be surprised if it's sore as hell when you start. I have used the technique to break the migraine cycle myself a few times.

Otherwise, it might just be time to go to the doctor.... Feel better soon!

I always answer headaches with 800 mg ibuprofin and Jack Daniels. But that might not be a good idea working on elevators.
