Comments: That doesn't reduce stress.

None of my Army buddies ever gave me a kick a$$ phone call like that.

Yep, I can see how that wouldn't reduce stress.

“Bob, Say hi to my mom!”(BANG BANG BANG)
Bob, “Hi Mom!” (BANG BANG BANG).

May not reduce stress, but that ROCKS! If that were my boy, I'd be stressed, and oh so proud! :^)

Beats my sister's call from her son in Iraq last year... just bombing in the background. Wonder what she'll get this year from Afganistan?

I have a mentor who has a son who is an explosives troop in the Army. My mentor and his wife get calls from the son who is in Iraq and the calls usually start with this "Listen to this. I'm about to blow something up. ((BOOM)) So how are things with you mom and dad?"
