PC crap - hate it! I am so proud of you for not taking out the person running this piece of garbage.

Heh - I would almost be of a mind to write the CEO of the company and ask him/her why you have to take classes telling you to find and promote barely qualified people at the expense of a well qualified person, or does he/she not care about the quality of the work being done. Sheesh! I would also say I felt discriminated against in the class and are considering a class action lawsuit. LOL.

Welcome to the Automotive World! This has been going on for at least 6 years now and it is what is giving women a bad name.

It's "diversity" that is promoting people who don't deserve it, they don't know anything and then people look at them and generalize that women don't know anything and only get where they are because they have boobs.

Pisses me off to no end, because I have gotten where I am due to my knowledge, education and experience. I have not gotten where I am because of diversity or my boobs.

Yep, welcome to the new America where on the outside they tell you race/gender/sexual orientation is a non-issue when on the inside, "to make up for past wrongs" or "to create a diverse workplace that mirrors the outside world" we have to use it. Gott forbid you use it wrong though, cause that'll git ya sued!

When juries stop awarding huge sums of cash to disgruntled employees who scream that they were passed up for promotion because they are (insert non-white, non-male characteristic here) most of this PC bullshit will go away.

Scratch that, the people filing complaints don't even have to win. Avoiding the legal fees involved in fighting their suits is reason enough for companies to institute this kind of tripe.

That's why your cajun, stmpy, turd spelunking, pasty white popeye is always going to have nearly untouchable job security.
