Comments: Loose Tooth

We have the buck-a-tooth variety flitting about our house. It is also a very lazy fairy and sometimes it takes a day or two for it to do its job.

Our tooth fairy is also lazy (or forgetful?), and often visits in the morning while the tooth-loser is eating breakfast. She typically gives $5 for the first tooth lost, and then "only" a buck for the other teeth. My kids think she is pretty cheap.

Well, the tooth fairy that works our house gave a buck for the first but fifty cents for the rest. So far there haven't been any complaints.

Although we've had no need for a tooth fairy yet, I believe ours will be cheapest one in the neighborhood!!! We plan on a couple of bucks for the first, and then a dollar for each after that...Next door, a tooth goes for $10. Wowzers...

oh, I can relate! I was the last kid in my class to lose a tooth, and then it was only because my sister accidentally kicked it out on the jungle gym. I was really glad! However, the tooth was lost in the grass and so I made my mother write a note to the Tooth Fairy explaining the circumstances. My first affidavit!

Jordana, my Little Lou didn't loose a tooth last year in kindergarten either. She was highly disappointed, lol. But just a few days before starting school this year, she finally lost her first tooth. She was tickled pink!
