Comments: Why TF

I have heard that if you force yourself to do a job that you dread (like clean the bathroom) that you will teach yourself to get to sleep (and back to sleep) quickly. The computer and TV are rewards! So the experts say.

I'm with ya, babe. When I need sleep the most is when it eludes me.

Mmmmm.... termite guts! LOL!

I hope you get some rest soon... Sleep is one thing, real REST is something else...

Yeah, insomnia, it's a royal pain. Says I as a chronic insomniac, and as a habitual middle-of-the-night email-checker.

Hope things let up for you soon.

I hate it when that happens and it always seems to be when you most need sleep. Hope things settle down soon.

Have fun playing in the lab!

I have the same sleep issues.

I never was cut out to be a morning person.

I am going to prescribe a hug (sending it electronically) and a foot rub. Unplug and cuddle up. Doctor's (in my own mind) orders.

I've had about 3 bouts of insomnia my entire life. I could actually be mistaken for a narcoleptic if I didn't always get into a comfortable position before conking out, any time, anywhere. So I feel sorry for you, but I can't really feel your pain, for which I'm quite grateful.

And I'm always about giving Helen the love. I'm really looking forward to the arrival of the Lemonheads.
