Comments: Reading Your Way To Catholicism, A Book List

Thank you for posting this list. I agree with your stylistic comment about the Hahns' book. Of the rest of them, I've read Newman and Chesterton. I shall certainly look into some of the others, especially the histories and apologetics.

Fr. Richard John Neuhaus's Catholic Matters is an excellent one, too. Tells how he went from being a Lutheran (LCMS) minister to a Catholic priest. His site/magazine, First Things, is always on my reading list. Chesterton's Everlasting Man and Hereticsare also classics.

We've subscribed to First Things. They sent us one issue and then told us that our address was wrong. So far we haven't been able to get another issue, nor figure out what's wrong with our address.
