Comments: Winnebago County Considers concealed carry

First paragraph. Illinois is one of only 2 states that doesn't allow any form of concealed carry. And the other is Wisconsin.

Must be that Obama way of counting where there are 57 states in the U.S.

And actually, I doubt there would be a lawsuit. Basically, the state will pull rank and say state law super-cedes anything the county passes. Just like the Union of Soviet Socialist Chicagoans can actually give you jail time for failing to register your guns.

There are only two states that don't allow concealed carry, and Illinois is one of them. That's not a typo.
