#3 - Try Dreamfield's pasta. It tastes like white pasta, but somehow has lots of fiber hidden in it, making it low net carb. I never thought about these things until recently (as I understand PCOS more), but that one was a happy surprise.

I can't vouch for the veggies at the beginning of the meal, but as "the Child TM" I spent many hours picking over the the green salad at the end of it.

So I can see how that would work well.

Jordana, on the ww pasta, try Heartland spaghetti (my WalMart carries it) and cook it a little longer than you'd normally cook regular pasta. In other words, a little overdone. It is delicious! Really is! I eat it all the time now and don't miss the white pasta a-tall. If you've tried it and didn't like it I bet you didn't cook it long enough. Even my ww pasta hating hubby likes it.
