If the news reports from last night are correct, this is not the "rocket launcher" that everyone thinks it is. The picure shows an AT-4 which is a fire and toss 84mm anti-tank/anti-bunker weapon. What was actually found was an AT-4 tracer trainer which fires a small 9mm tracer round. Allow the soldier to experience the heft, weight, and action of the actual weapon without wasting all the money to sling the 84mm rounds downrange.
