Comments: I'm Sick of It.

Yeah, I’m sick of it too. But, he’s got to do it. After the beating he’s taken in the partisan news media he can’t just not address the issues they’ve been beating him over the head with. I agree with you on what the real issues are, but we don’t have the power to set the agenda. So, if you want to bitch, direct your wrath at the bunch that deserves it – the damned leftists that control the national news media, and therefore, the topics for debate.

Unfortunately, I AM an incredibly large, un-ignorable situation, and we don't eat our own, so mum's the word with me.

Dear Key:

While volumes can (and have) been written on these topics you've raised, it's probably important to realise that Bush isn't going to be able to do anything about them -- no more than Kerry, or McCain, or Nader, for that matter.

Our former enemies sound like Republicans; our enemies were all too recently our friends; old Communists are making sense (explain that one!), and the status quo is just that -- status.

As a friend of mine puts it all too well -- "I am surrounded by idiots. I trudge on."

Be well!

I agree.

I also believe the liberal press is a huge part of the problem.
