Rest in Peace Ronnie:

And then spake brave Horatius, the Captain of the Gate, "To every man upon this earth, death cometh soon or late, and how can man died better, than facing fearful odds, for the ashes of his Fathers and the Temples of his Gods".

During the Carter years, not only America, but the entire west was stuck in a deep malaise.

Reagan bucked the tide of leftism and its concomitant pessimism, in order to raise expectations for both America and many of the satellite nations of the west and the Pacific Rim.

He forced the tearing down of the wall, and the dismantling of the evil empire.

Well done, gip. I can see you riding tall into the sunset.

Well said, everyone.

Tall in the saddle indeed.
