Comments: What are you looking at?

Ah.... NOW I see why Harvey was so unhappy with the result. I guess that won't be going on your sidebar.

That's for sure. I almost wussed out like Harvey, and didn't post anything at all. I certainly don't expect a lot of gratuitous linkage to this post.

You're a star! :)

Linked you! You're a Made Man, Tommy!

Sally, Sally. I owe you at least one indian burn for that! Thanks much for the linky-love. I'll find some way to get back at you for that "clown" crack. :^)

Personally, I was hoping for Darth Vader. I've already got the mask and the cape in the bedroom...

Uh... wait... forget I typed that.

Forgotten completely. Um, what were we talking about?

Posted by Johnny - Oh at July 11, 2004 07:55 PM

"I know what you have for Christmas, Harvey, for I have felt your presents!"

(and Johnny's already stolen the keys)

Posted by Sally at July 12, 2004 12:58 PM

I did? When? I must've been drinking. :)

"I haven't felt presents since...." (Just to see if we're on the same wavelength).

We call them "Chinese burns" this side of the pond. Personally I'd rename them "French burns" for all the harm they do. I was a "Mercy" champion. This involved pinching and twisting your opponent's inner upper arm till one of you cried "Mercy". Is there an American (non-sexual, Harvey) equivalent, I wonder...

Not that I know of. I'm sheltered though. When I was growing up, my brothers and I would run around our basement throwing Lego's at one another. We never bothered to name the game anything other than "Dang that hurt!"

Still and all, I'll bet you I can take you best three out of five in your game (the kicker is that you have to come to me, rather than I come to GB). You up for it? ;^)
