Comments: 'Embarrassed' college students start

How much scorn was placed at the feet of the good people in Lousianna when their race for gov. came down to a convict and a klanner?

just like a line from the movie solider story, we don't need that type anymore.

I like the Reagan one.

Who cares, DS? What's your point?

"The laws in this city are clearly racist. All laws are racist. The law of gravity is racist."

Comedy gold!

Now you understand why I refuse to live in DC. My vote would be purely wasted there.

My point is, the scorn placed on D.C. goes way beyond the scorn for other places who knowingly put scum in office.

DarkStar: A lot. Next question?

Also, consider this. Edwards is in the pokey, last I heard from him; and Duke is never, ever going to get over 10% in a statewide office again. So Louisiana has worked its way out of its vote-for-the-crook phase; unlike, say, France in '02. And, unfortunately, unlike DC.

I'm left with my mouth hanging open, kinda like the AFLAC duck when confronted with Yogi Berra logic.

I saw this in the comments at Wizbang(?) and thought it just about sums up all things in the Democrats campaign this season... amzing that so many people can be so wrong about everything... maybe it really is like Pixy says - you can fool some of the people all of the time, and those are the ones you need to concentrate on!
