It's a perfect orange color, but the fruit pictured is not an orange. It's something in the tangerine/clementine family. The fruit shown is too "oblate", i.e., flat. But that particular image has certainly been circulating.

A Mandarin orange is still a form of orange. (Tangerines and Clementines are types of Mandarin orange.)
